You can use TurboTax online. Its browser based and works fine with Firefox in Linux.

Yes, it does but ours now switches to getting its signal from our Hopper, as if the expected streaming signal isn't there. The result is a less stable signal from the Hopper. Much more buffering and video player closing down, requiring a restart of the player.
