Indianapolis, Indiana is OK Dayton, OH WDTN CW needs correction to Springfield, OH. It is licensed to Springfield, OH with studios in Dayton and Indianapolis.
They are probably not charged as much retransmission fees from the South Bend stations. Neilson should merge the Lafayette TV DMA with the Indianapolis DMA. It would not be an issue with two CBS stations as both are owned by LIN.
Depending on which map he looks at he is either in Dayton or Indianapolis. It used to be Dayton but I believe it changed to Indianapolis. It should be Dayton, as it can be received over the air there.
If you want HD Superstaions get a Bell sub. They have WGN-CW9 Chicago, WPIX CW11 NYC, WSBK MY38 Boston, WPCH IND17 Atlanta, KTLA CW5 LA, CHCH IND11 Hamilton, ON all in HD. No WWOR though.
Here in Indianapolis LIN TV WISH-TV is the master control for several stations. I have seen them mistakenly run WANE-TV Fort Wayne or WDTN Dayton. It usually does not last long as someone figures it out and the signal instantly flip to what they should be. One time I can remember seeing about...
I am in Indianapolis and use Dayton Locals. I could also use Columbus, Cleveland, Erie, Youngstown. These only work Indianapolis or east of town. You could also use Fort Wayne, Terre Haute, Champaign, or Saint Louis from 129.
Still waiting on the software update. I'll give it one more week untill I cancel my dish service. This is descrimanation as it appears some customers are better than others.
We have METV EPG in Indianapolis, what bugs me about METV here is all the syndex blackouts. The national schedule runs on the commercials but the local line-up is not the same because of syndex.
I think it is bad business to give some subs the update and not others. I pay my bill every month on time and have been waiting months for the 922 to get this update. I may switch providers over this.
