i cant find the correct code for my samsung HTTZ512 its a dvd w/ surround sound set up. ive tried so many codes i think my eyes are going to bleed. i want to be able to control the volume of the surround sound with my dish 5.3 ir remote. any help??? thanks.

the website shows that johnstown,Pa HD locals were just launched DISH Network - TurboHD Local Channels - 1.888.825.2557 does that mean i should have them now? will they just show up or do i have to call them. i have turbo gold with locals now.
