bout 6 months or so. got the 2 watt commercial equip on a residential account. To be honest I dont care if I get charged for a whole new setup, I just want more bandwidth (especially uploads).

it's been over 1000k down and 130k-140k up (hit 170k up once) from 5:30 am till 8am. after 8 am upload has gone down to 70k range and now almost 9 am hovering around 50k and dropping. Ive never seen it that high but its never been tested that early. so im guessing its other users sucking...

Actually I'm an installer and we figured out what that access card error is. Well not sure what causes it but to fix takes all of 2 minutes. Call the service line and tell them to take you serial number on your access card out of inventory, then have him put it back in and you do a soft reboot...

Just got VOOM and a brand new 56" Philips HDTV. I used the DVI cable to connect and the picture doesnt look all that great. If I switch to the component inputs will I get a better picture? Also how do I see which software version is on my box? TIA!
