I never hooked my 722 to a second TV. I see there are RCA's for TV 2. Can I use the "home distribution" coax port to get a second signal to another TV? I want both TV's to be able to watch different things at the same time.
What is the minimum package to get the Red Zone channel? 120+?
If you have the Red Zone channel and not the NFL Network with 120+ are all the Thursday games on the Red Zone channel?
Looks legit as I went back through all my bills and asked my wife to confirm the purchase, but wtf? Now I have another PPV order from July that is not on my July bill.
I have AT250 and have HD Platinum $10.00 & HD 250 Free $0.00 showing up on my account. Can I cancel the HD Platinum and end up with the same HD channels?
Anyone else getting these? Any way to get rid of them. Just noticed them yesterday. You can push the guide button twice and they will disappear, but I don't want to see them in the first place.
Finally getting Sat - WildBlue or Hughesnet?
I'm finally breaking down and getting satellite internet service. My wife has been using the internet more and more and I am tired of trying to get work done from home on a connection that gets 20Kbps, if I'm lucky. My wife was interested in a second...
I've had two issues with my 722 in the past week.
On Saturday I set my DVR to record the Flyers/Penguins game. This game was broadcast in HD and SD. I set it to record the HD broadcast. I'm not sure if I set it to record on Fox Sports PGH or an alternative sports channel (since the Pens are...
I hate MLB and ESPN.
For years I have been bitching about being blacked out of Phillies games in Erie, PA.
Now, Friday I go to watch the Cubs and Brewers game on ESPN and it's blacked out! Why in the world would that game be blacked out in Erie, PA?

My currrent bill looks like this:
DHA Leased Receiver: $5.00
DVR Service Fee: $11.96
Gold HD: $10.00
Protection Plan: $5.99
Top 250 with Locals: $59.99
I have a 722 and a 625.
I hooked up my antenna to my Dish Network box last night to try and pull in the digital channels OTA. My locals only provide SD, via OTA and by sat.
I got 60% signal quality with OTA. I couldn't tell any difference in PQ from OTA to sat. They both are sub par imo. Should OTA be better than...
Why do all the Phillies games on ESPN get blacked out in my area? I live in Erie, PA... no where near Shea or CBP. But I've had both Phillies home and away games blacked out that are on ESPN or ESPN2, last year included.
I've heard that the Phillies games get blackedout in the entire state...
I pay an extra $1.50 per month for WPIX on channel 234.
Some time ago, I noticed that WPIX popped up on channel 251. Is WPIX or more importantly CW now part of a package that I don't need to pay extra for?
I don't have a local CW affiliate.
1) I have an antenna on my roof. It gets SD reception. Do I need a special antenna to receive HD signals?
2) My locals are providing digital signals, but they are all in 4:3 format. When everything goes digital in 09, will they being required to switch to 16:9 or can they stay at 4:3?
For...
I've noticed that my 722 will record an extra hour for sports programs only. This is nice for some football games that may run over their alloted times, but it does it with anything coded as "sports" when you hit the info button. Anyone else notice this?
I'm upgrading to Dish next week.
1) I need an OTA to get locals in HD. I don't get that great of a signal with my regular antenna. Is an OTA antenna different? Will I get a better picture? What are the distance limitations from the tower?
2) Does the receiver come with an HDMI cable?
I just got an HDTV.
I currently have a 311 receiver in my basement (which I hardly ever use).
I have a 625 in my bedroom that also is connected to the TV in my living room.
I want to dump the 311. I want to use the 625 in my bedroom and basement and get an HD DVR receiver. Is it...
I just bought a new TV and set it up last night (in a hurry). I hooked in my standard Dish Network signal to the coax input. I noticed that the picture jumps slightly from right to left. It's very noticeable if you put on Dish's channel guide or stare at a logo on a channel, like the ESPN logo...
