The 722 DVR totally failed today. Any DVR function gets an Error popup msg that says 'Unable to access this feature at this time','No Data available'. Dish Technical Support appologized again and said they are sending me another receiver. Am I the only one having all these problem???

I had the same problem, my 722 lost all OTA's after L612. The fix that worked for me was to cable the OTA direct (minus a spliter), then I did a scan locals. It then found all the locals and saved them into the system. I then cabled the spliter back in and all is well.

Solved the OTA problem. I had a 5 MHz - 1.0GHz splitter between the diplexer and the 722 OTA input. The 722 local channel search function doesn't work with the splitter for some reason. I directly cabled the 722 OTA interface to the diplexer and re-ran the Local Search and all the locals...
