Thanks. In addition to the freezing and going black while watching, there have also been shows that have not recorded. The show will appear in the DVR Recordings but nothing plays. That also sounds like a connection or alignment issue. I'll have them schedule a service call.

My HR44/200 was updated in 10/13/15 to 0xa72. The DVR functions are acting very sluggish now. I did a hard-reboot, but no improvement. Anyone else having the same issue?
