i have a 39 x 36 round primestar dish,using a c-band lnb and a analog receiver i was able to get shepard's chapel and a couple of wild feeds. when i switched to my fta stb,i got nothing after i did a blind scan. any suggestions?

found a home direct receiver with videocipher rs,has c and ku band hookup,and a channel master videocipher-2 descrambler. are these of any use?

i can't get the pbs channels on g-28. i manually entered the transponder(3754 h 4444) but there's no signal. transponder 4060 h 2800 has 60-70 % signal and scans in fine. using a coolsat 5000 and 10 ft. mesh dish.

yes,have a coolsat 5000 &10 ft mesh,just put up a direcway dish that i've got pointed at 101.

the CBS channel on g4 is now this tv,what happened?

trying to get amc4 at 101*,i get 99* &103* just fine,but when i do a blind scan on amc4 several trans. will spike to around 90%,then drop to 0. i've moved the dish back and forth,still the same. got a good line of sight. using 10' mesh dish,calif. lnb, and coolsat 5000.

a guy from a local satellite dealership told me to just run a jumper from the loop out connection of the fta receiver to the analog box,is this info correct?

if i use a dc block,any certain size i should use?

do i need to hook my fta receiver to my analog receiver? got to thinking about the polarity,the servo controller runs into the my drake 324 analog receiver.

you may be right about the polarity not changing,i'll need to check ,if it'll ever quit raining. only channels i'm getting are on horizontal side. thanks.

according to lyngsat,kepr,kima and my family tv should be open on galaxy 3,but when i enter the trans. i get 0 signal. are they still there?

on g-11,i can't scan in the cw nets,even when i enter the vids and aids manually. using a coolsat 5000.

having trouble finding amc4 and 18,found galaxy 16 and amc 1 with no trouble. tried entering transponders manually but still no luck. using fortec ultra,10 ft. mesh dish with california lnb. i want to thank everybody who has helped me since i started posting,your info has been greatly appreciated.

using a fortec ultra,but recently bought a coolsat 5000. will the coolsat decode the audio,i've not used it yet?
