I live in Michigan where they implemented there extended range LTE band 12 and have the iPhone 7. Prior to this implementation I was lucky to get LTE 10 miles north of Grand Rapids but now I get LTE all the way up through the upper peninsula, so I'm happy.

Since getting my Hopper 3, I've frequently had to reset my Comcast gateway after getting any new software downloaded.

I was able to get Netflix in 4K when U308 came out but since U309 I also have been unable to get Netflix to pass 4K to my 4K TV.

Thanks Scott, I was pretty confident I was given inaccurate information because I hadn't seen anybody on the forum verify accessibility to the Netflix app on the 4K Joey.

I could have sworn that a couple of days ago the hopper 3 was running U309 but today it's running U308, can anybody tell me what the current software is supposed to be.

Does anybody know what the current software for the 4K Joey is?

Do you have multiple HDMI ports on your 4K TV because on my Vizio I have 5 HDMI ports and I get the best picture on port 5 which says it for 4K @ 60HZ. Is it possible to try different ports and report back.

Just out of curiosity, what date and time are showing on your H3 initial software download. My install was on 2/1 but it shows the U301 software being downloaded on 1/26 @ 1:30AM.
