Thanks KE!! I think i can eliminate the actuator! I have a new bottom half of the actuator that i swaped out and still the ER2! so its either the wireing or the vbox.I do have another vbox to try! Working kinda funny at times but worked enough to see if its the box or wireing.

thanks Fat ! dont have bulbs but do have voltmeters.! im guessing its output is 12 dc! If so maybe i can use some 12v dc device instead of the bulbs

Hello! haven't posted in a while put im still here.At first i thought it was just my actuator freezing up again but not the case this time.Disconnected the motorized section from the main shaft to see if the shaft was jammed but my vbox still wont work.When i first power it up it comes on...

I started a thread like this years back but thought it would be nice to update.Metv is number 1 for me on the c-band side (101) and RTV on the ku-band (97).

One thing i do know is that during the summer months my 6 ftr has a harder time keeping a lock on some of the weaker signals out there.

Sorry I was incorrect in my last post! My dish didn't bottom out unto the roof but did hit the lower tripod legs when I moved my dish to the extreme left and right lower satellites. I did put my dish and motor higher on the pole to solve that problem.The j pole may still be ok with your set up...
