We had a major ice storm in Ohio and I have been unable to watch Direct Tv for two days. It just keeps saying finding satelite signal. Any suggestions? There is no way I can get on the roof to get the ice off. Its way to slippery.

I have been having major issues with my 811. It locks up about everyday anymore. Also everytime it rains anymore I loose my signal. Does anybody else have this problem. Is there something wrong with my box. I never had this problem with Time Warner.
