This looks like an old style "boom box" and according to the box, works with the Sportster 5, Starmate 5, Starmate 4, Starmate 3, Stratus 5, Stratus 4, and Stratus. Includes an antenna. I do not have a Sirius radio to test this with currently, but it worked well before I sold my radio a year...
