I recently upgraded to a 522 in my bedroom, which is on the other side of the wall where my 811 sits. Whenever someone controls the 522 in the bedroom, it also affects the 811. Is there a remedy for this?

If it's been longer than a year since you took advantage of any offer then you DO qualify for the 522. I had to speak to three different CSRs before i found on who knew what he was talking about. To upgrade to the 522 it'll cost you $99($49 upgrade+$50 installation), installation is mandatory...

I just ordered teh 510 receiver last week and was wondering if (until i get a 522) i can use my current receiver, hook it up to the 510 and be able to view a channel other than the one being recorded? I'm pretty sure this would mean i'll have to pay an additional receiver fee, correct?
