    Receiver scans in wrong channel

after looking up the frequency for physical channel 48 and did a manual scan the right channels came in. Looks like a receiver/enigma-II problem. Now to dig in and see why the box is storing the wrong frequency for that channel. Anyone know where/how Enigma stores its auto scan results?

    Just pictures of my 90cm

Anyone think the short fence is causing any problems. The tree blocks the arc past 87W and I've picked up as far as 123W. Currently pointed at 103W and a second LNB pointed at 97W. Trying to figure out why I can't lock in 12080 H 30000, I had it a few days ago seemed to coincide with a thread on...

    Bigger dish no improvement?

I upgraded to a geosatpro 90cm dish from a slimline. However I am not seeing much of an improvement in number of TP or signal strength/ Quality. The only change I've had is now 12134 H 4600 comes in on 103W for most of the day and now have no trouble pulling in all of 87W. Tested with two STBs...

While waiting for my 90cm dish....

Well I've been playing with the new dish but haven't seen much improvement on ku or C I get a couple of new TPs but nothing I now get the 12134 H 4600 on 103W but still no 12080 H 30000. Other birds I get the same channels as with the slimline. Except now on 87W I can reliably get LPB. This...

While waiting for my 90cm dish....

    What would be the min I would need for 3940 H 30000 on 97W, 3726 V 10000, and 4000 H 26400 on 99W? I'm also considering replacing my X2-M1HD+ with a linkbox 9000i local any opinions on that STB

While waiting for my 90cm dish....

I'm hoping I manage to pull in either the Lesea mux on 99W and InfoWars on 103W. Anything else will be gravy. If this experiment fails I'll put the C1-PLL's and conical kit up in the classifieds. Regardless if C-Band works or not the 90cm will certainly help out on the KU side should help with...

While waiting for my 90cm dish....

I ordered a Geosatpro 90cm dish and a C1-PLL lite & conical scalar kit friday and the c1-pll showed up today. I was bored so I decided to try my luck and hook it up to the slimline. I didn't have any luck pulling anything in. I first pointed and tuned 99W on KU. I then swapped in the C1-PLL and...

If you had to pick three birds...

Late yesterday I was given another Slimline, just waiting for Friday to get another couple lnbs, mounts, and replace my 4x1 switch with a 8x1. Running out of room on the ground maybe work in a fourth if I zip tie one to bottom of the pole. Seriously considering moving them to the roof but I...

If you had to pick three birds...

Right now I'm setup on 103W & 95W on one dish, and 87W or 91W or 97W depending on the time of day. I'm torn on the second dish because 91W lately has been pretty busy during the day but after about 1PM EDT not so much. 97W I always find something interesting to watch even if I can't understand...

[CNX] Noob with a Duo, 32"w oval DirecTV dish, MK1-PLL, RG6

Always looking for to get the extra little bit. I've found except for NBC on 103W skew has been pretty forgiving. I got my second Slimline mounted to the seat of a old wooden chair. Can't wait my replacement receiver arrives today.

    Hughesnet dish to FTA.

Just passing on the help I got not long ago

    Hughesnet dish to FTA.

after you enter that tp and OK push the escape button to get to the blind scan menu and the TP should be selected , Last I was to check the only 24hr TP is that one, so if you get that locked the blind scan and you should be good and yes any other tps found in the blind will be added to the list
  25. J

    Hughesnet dish to FTA.

Highlight the TP push the green button twice to add a TP and add the following TP Freq 12011 polarity V SR 13334 that should give you a TP that does have programming on it. On 91W I get several signal locks with no channels I'm guessing they are data streams.
