    Hello, We just canceled our phone landline since we anyway only use our cellphones. Now there is this popup message telling me that I have to hook up the receiver to my phoneline or get charged a fee. :eek: What gives?

    HD DVD is released!

    I saw the player at Best Buy playing a DVD HD disc, not very impressive, picture very grainy but it could have been the Westinghouse panel they were using. The only time it looked good was when graphics was shown like the WB logo on black background. My HTPC scaled to 1000i looks a lot better

    Do any of you guys have an actual release date of the 622? I called Dish and spoke to tech support and he did not know exactly but in the middle Feb early March is what he said.

    Great I just called Dish and not only do they want me to pay for a free channel they want me to pay 99 bux for superdish. No thank you I will continue to receive DW OTA even do it is bad reception and Euromaxx is on one of the PBS channels.

    How can I record 2 OTA HD programs at the same time on my 942? Example Monday night, CSI Miami on ch 2 CBSHD and Medium on ch 4 NBCHD both are on at 10:00 pm. TV2 always records from ch 04.00 and HD is on ch 04.01. Any ideas?

    I wish that Dish would offer all Sirius channels as a pay option. I would not mind paying for it. I hate to have to buy another box that will be outdated in week.
