With all the changes at Dish I am not clear on things with the superdish. Blame Scott's update for the post.<grin> In order to recive HD I would need a dish pointed at 61.5? Which in my case would require another dish? Also with some the locals moving satellites, will I have any problems...

Just switch recently. Picture quailty is about the same. I was able to get a better deal and a dvr. Happy with it. Think they will be better in the long run as well.

I understand Charlie a bit better coming from the D* side. D* is not making money. More subscribers , less profit? How long are they gonna hold together? They need Microsoft as an owner to keep that going in the long run.

With Directv losing money, you know they are running right. The correction is going to hurt subscribers.

My father has a vaction trailer up north. He is wondering if he can use and pay for one reciever and just cart it back and forth between the trailer and his home. He understands he needs a dish at both places? Is this possible under Dish and do they allow it? Thanks Matthew

I can tell you, that no Christian ( me included) wants our kids watching C-Span, have you seen these guys...<grin>. It would be nice if the AT60 came in two forms, one with more cartoon channels and one with more grown up stuff. It would be great if we got al carte in channel type blocks...

I would love to get more kid channels at the AT60 price and skip some of the other channels. al carte in packages would work. All kids channels+locals+News+whatever. I think they could do it.
