It only just started happening after several weeks, I dont think the router is the problem. I've reset the 722 a few times since then, so will try it again when my new switch comes in tomorrow.

I'm sorry you dont believe anything that hasn't personally happened to you, but I can only relay what happened to me, and what a Dish onsite technician told me. He probably has a lot more experience than you. No one anywhere near me has Dish.

The answer is get an OTA. I have a 942 with an antenna on the roof and get all my locals in HD via the OTA feed. In fact, I get about about 35 digital channels via the antenna.

I was in the same boat. After 3 921's, they gave up and sent me a 942 at no cost. This sounds goofy, but I'm in love with the 942, it's infinitely better than that POS 921.

I'm in the same boat and am scared to death of the 622 based on the posts here, especially since I want to use the HDMI connector that has chronic issues. It's still not where I would like to see it to make the switch. Don't get me wrong, I hate my 921, but at least the DVI connector works.

Are they ever going to fix this HDMI issues on the 622's? I STILL have my crappy 921 as my only choice is HDMI and if I get a 622 and the HDMI dies, I'm really screwed.

This has been quiet for some time now. Are the "newer" 622's not having the same issues? There is no way I am upgrading to a 622 if my HDMI is going to fail and I have to go through this nonsense.

All my OTA channels are like 004-1, 004-2, 005-1, I dont have and -0's in there. I pick up my OTA from Washington DC and surrounding areas, I cant imagine they would send an analog signal?

On my current 921 I can get OTA for both analog and digital signals. I'm told the 622 only supports digital signal and if something is OTA using analog the screen will just be black when I try to watch it. Is this true, and how can I tell what my 921 is currently picking up via OTA?

Very nice if you actually see the money. I dont think I'll give them my 921 since I paid like $600 for it way back when. I'll check out ebay and see what the going rate is, seems like such a waste.

It's between 107 and 112 these days. No idea why it fluxuates so, everything else is still rock solid at 125. :confused:

I'm in Western Loudoun, about 39 miles away. I noticed it the day of the snow around here..... Saturday night. My picture is fine, doesnt break up, no problems at all, but just curious why it went from 125 to 91 in one day. It's still at 91, was hoping the snow melt might make it better...

Has anyone else seen 005-1 go down in signal strength lately? I've been at 120-125 strength for months, and now, its always around 91-95. Every other channel is still at 120-125.
