722 - lost everything

I've had a 722 for quite awhile now, 2 in fact.

One of them has had issues lately like it wont stop fast forwarding and even locked up over the weekend.

I woke up today, it's completely empty. I lost everything, settings, recordings, schedule, it's all gone. I put some back in, recorded a few things, seems to work fine, but a bummer to say the least...

A sign of imminent failure of the box completely?

Ideas?
