Yes i agree as in my case i was installed with the 3 lnb and have the sports pack but could not get fox sports espanol. I called and they said i need a upgrade that would cost about $100, i said no way im paying for a upgrade that channel in my SP that i'm paying for , So i was forced to ask...

I just got installed last week,i have the Choice Extra with the sports pack and Fox Sports en Español is in the sports pack but i dont see the channel 428 or 624 in my guide they are missing, i called Drectv and they said i should get that channel with the 3 lnb dish slimline and made a service...

Don't you have a walk in center by you, it is the best way because they will give you a recipt, that is the only way i will do it and have done it with Cablevision and Verizon Fios, sorry to hear your problems.
