While it's easy to blame the rooting or the custom kernel, I have not had problems with any other app. I will be updating to the latest Cyanogen shortly and that will have the most recent updates.

Yup - and the video is pixellated too. It's not dish though - since the offair signal is screwed up too. I can see the tower from my house so if I've got offair problems then KTTW or Fox is having problems.
