I have to decide whether I want to use my AppleTV or the HR20 with HDMI. My Denon only has two HDMI inputs, and those are used by the PS3 (blu-ray) and 360. The LG plasma has two HDMI cables running to it. One is going to the AppleTV right now, but I don't watch video on there all that often...

Can I get two of those and then just cancel the two other receivers that are goofed up? Ok, I put in an order for two H21's. I only have a single cable running to each room so I can't use DVR's there, and don't need them.

I have an H20 that is stuck in software update mode, and no, I didn't put it in there with the numbers method at startup. I've tried everything from red button resets to pulling power resets, and D* even sent me a new access card. I've even tried moving it to the other parts of the house...

Yeah, I've tried that. I finally gave in and called DTV and they said it's a known issue and are sending me a new unit. Also, error on my part, it's an HR-21 700 not an HR-20.

I have an HR21 connected to my TV via HDMI. This one, however, requires a hard reset via the red button every single night. Basically, when I turn it on, everything has a pink/purple hue to it. After a hard reset, it goes back to normal. However, if you turn it off, and wait about six hours...

It definitely has lower volume. It isn't just slightly due to a difference in stereo vs. 5.1. I tried all those options, it's just extremely low audio. I have to almost double my Denon's volume to make it match the other channels.

I've been using HDMI but I want to use component now (replacing HDMI inputs on my AVR with other, actual 1080P stuff) and regardless of what I do, including a full hard reset, it wont output via component. What to do?
