    If you are looking for Business Television type of uplink.. try DirecTv or Echostar. They both offer this and your customers can use the same equipment as the average consumers use. Having them use DVR is great if your customers are nationwide they store it and review as needed.

Also, NEVER pass AC-3 though anything that does not have a 100% unity gain structure (no data scaling allowed) as this will corrupt the audio data.
