    well if it is the new software on your box.then there really is nothing you can do. you would think they would just redownload the old software till they fixxed the problem

    make sure your pole is level.If it is not you have a slim chance of getting all 3 sats. Set your dish to what yor box says for your area.Then try to tune in the 101 sat.If you do not have a line of site problem then the other 2 sats should be there.

    It is very rare to sort out a lnb. check your fittings make sure that part of the shielding is not touching the copper. also make sure the fitting did not come loose

    you will need a diplexer behind every tv.I personally will not diplex cable internet.I run a stand alone line from the cable slitter.It is more work for the install,but prevents problems down the road

    I am a little bias on this one,but even when it is for me.I would rather use someone locally.I can think of many times I missed out on a free offer(like a cheap dvd player).But when I need help with the product I bought.Nothing is worse then having to use tech support in another country.

    switching from a duel lnb to a tripple.

    you have to have all 4 lines from the dish to use a multi switch.So in your case you do not need nor would a new switch work.Just take the old switch out and replace it with grounding blocks.Then run the extra lines from the blocks to the dish.
