    625 Issues

    My Mom has a 625 and she called me and said: her guide only shows until Thur (2 days) She can't access her DVR Can't pause or rewind. I had her pull the power cord for a few minutes which didn't resolve it. Sh can watch live TV though. Any ideas on what is going on?

    It's nice to see Planet Earth 2 on ch540 but when are we going to see a dedicated channel or certain channels that make the switch to 4K completely? Also, is it possible for the Hopper 3 to be software upgradable to HDR or does it not have the correct hardware?

    No AutoHop on new Hopper 3 for me?

    I got my upgrade to a Hopper 3 from a 2K four days ago. I've had PTAT on from the beginning. When I got to watch any show in the PTAT menu, none of them have autohop. I have rebooted and same deal. Am I missing something?

    I have an install tomorrow. I'm going from an original Hopper to a Hopper 3. Are they going to have to replace the coax or was what is spec'd for the orig Hopper the same? I want to get everything accessible if they are going to replace cable, if not then I won't have to move furniture.
