I'm scheduled for an HD upgrade on Saturday to get the 110/119/129 (Hawaii Gold?) package. Maybe that will solve the problem.

I spent an hour with a Dish CSR and we tried to get the HD channels back. The CSR was unable to do it and apologized. Oh well, Dish giveth and Dish Taketh away.

I have an install scheduled for Saturday, June 6th. I paid the Dish folks $59 for it. If the installer shows up AND if he doesn't attempt to charge me an additional fee for the installation (as he has in the past), I'll let you know what the dish configuration is as well as the HD channel...

During the past few months or so I've gotten nothing but outstanding service from the Dish CSR's. That was not always the case in the past.
