The 922......the biggest hunk of junk dish ever made. I went through 5 of them in 12 months.

Yea I had a brain fart, it wasnt a dpp44 I was changing out. It was when we converted from the 121 super dish to the dpp 500 lnb. Techs were just leaving the dp34 swith in with the dpp lnb. Thats when the 34 would cut signal.

From my experiece as a tech years back. Never stack a dpp lnb with a dpp44. Cant tell you how many tc's I rolled on for no signal because of that.

Zach, it took a few attempts of resetting it and plugging it back in. May the dongle be going bad?

Talked to a csr in the states on my third call, problem has been resolved. Please delete this. Im kinda amazed more csr's dont know about the hopper ota feature.

My hopper all of a sudden will not reconize my ota usb module. I called support and they dont even know what a usb ota dongle is for the hopper. Can someone please contact me to get this issue fixed. Thanks in advance.

I just called dish. They told me to order it on wwe.com. most absurd thing I have ever heard. If I were a dish shareholder id be pissed!

I highlight the program from the OD menu I want to watch and when I press select it does nothing. Its that way on both Hoppers.

Does Dish not field test this crap software before they release it?? And worst of all they release them right before Thanksgiving where family members are going to see a pretty hopper sitting there that cant even do on demand anymore! This update is not but a cluster!

al jazeera america. ch 215 Program Guide says it is Current Channel. If Dish is scared for people to know what they have on that channel its a shame.

Never understood why Dish advertises all these on their own service. When I already have their damn service. In a way it is lieing to their customers. Like putting a Dunce cap on the DirecTv TV in their stupid ads. Looks and feels like a advertizing department ran by a bunch of frat brothers.
