    Thanks for the reply. I am using the HDMI connection. I noticed the lag for the last couple of months. I see it occurring on ESPN and local stations as well. Thanks again for any input you might have.

    No delay in switching channels?

    No lag in swapping 2 channels There is no lag in swapping channels on my 722 when in single mode. You are simply switching between 2 of the tuners built into the 722. There is a lag when tuning a channel up or down on a single tuner.

    NFL stuttering picture The NFL channel has the best looking high def on Dish. I was disappointed to see the same stuttering problem that I often see on the ESPN college football games the last couple of months. The only solution is to reset my 722. But thats only a temporary fix. Hopefully...

    picture stutter I have seen this picture stutter on my 722 for the last couple of months. I can usually clear it up when I hit the swap button a couple of times on the PIP. My temps seem normal when checked. I hope it is a software problem that Dish can fix.

    I have seen this occur mostly when I swap turners. The jerkiness usually disappears when I swap turners 3 or 4 times.

    I got my 722 back in August. The installer brought and installed the new unit. I supplied the HDMI cable, (monoprice.com). You are going to love the 722.

    I know that the ASU Duck football game will only be available on Fox Sports NW here in Oregon, (ESPN HD for the rest of the Country), but I have been unable to locate it in the program guide to record it on my 722 dvr. My FSNW guide show only the UW Stanford at 3:30pm on 426. Any Help?

    I bought a couple of HDMI 6' cables, (one for the 722 and one for the future), from Monoprice.com before my install and they worked great.

    I go HDMI out to my TV, and optical out from my 722 to my receiver. Works just fine.
