PS I think you can download Office 2007 demo for free (30 Days) and at least try it while you are awaiting there answer.. In my opinion it is the best Outlook out there..

Sorry JV was just funnin with pepper's comment. I understand completely this is no laughing matter to you. The quick and dirty solution for you at this point, with out dealing with there support would be Outlook 2007 as there is no other alternative at this point.

You are correct sorry I was working in outlook directly. I would say as long as you have the correct address's in the Sent to and distribution list field and you have it correct in the forward to you should be good to go? Just tried this on my system here at work and works fine. Is it possible...

Check that you have the rule turned on.

Since they have OWA setup you could use outlook 2007 to connect direct through the web. Mind you this only works with outlook 2007. Then you could add your personal account also and have both in one client.

I have 2 VIP 211 One owned the other leased. Both cards came 11-06-08 installed same evening with out a problem. Took about 6 minutes a piece.

I find this also interesting, I just checked channel 75 and I have been Turbo Charged but the VIP 211 Is not listed in there list as being able to do 1080P??? I have no channel 501 though. So I am somewhat hopeful they are at least getting close with the DVR function on the 211's. But then...
