I live in Oregon, had same problem this evening. Had to unplugHR-20 to get it to reset.

If you look at the live webcam, the rocket has been set up again for launch.

I was a dish customer for 9 years. I have 3 HD TVs including a 70". Directs HD is absolutely amazing. Scfi, USA and FX are like watching a 1080P Blu-ray movie. The movie channels, especially Starz looks much better on Direct. I am extremly glad I made the switch!

Just added a Seagate Freeagent 750GB. It seems to work fine, except the guide data is populating at a very slow rate. Have reset 3 times but no noticable change. Is this normal or do I have a problem?

Just switched to D from E. The difference in PQ on Starz is amazing. It looks almost as good as an HDDVD or Blu-ray. On E the bitrate is so slow it looked like uprezed HD. Really noticed the difference on the Di Vinci Code tonight. I am glad i made the change.
