Will the new hi-def channels that dtv are adding be on the 103, because right now I get nothing on the 103, as for the 99 on transponder 1, I get a signal of 25

Am I supposed to be getting a signal on both the 99 & 103? My zip code 67665 & at this time we do not have hi-def locals, but will later this year. Thanks, guys. I just want to be able to get the new hi-def channels in Sept.!!!
