Well, from what I've read the channel will be launching soon. Hopefully VOOM plans to launch the channel with them.

I agree. My kp-51ws500's manual cleary states the all native 720p is downconverted to 480p.

Try to reset the STB. Hold down the power button on the receiver for 10 seconds then let go. This is restart the STB and hopefully after 10-45mins you'll have the program guide.
