Brian, I followed your directions exactly while trying install TNAP 3.2 into my stb. It booted up to 49 on the first try then the OpenVIX image appeared and the rebooting screen appeared. I tried a second time and it booted to 100 then it backed down to 95 and that reboot screen appeared. :(...

Brian, I was attempting to reload the current OpenVix image (which had been working well for me) using a usb thumb drive and rebooting to a fresh restart, wiping all satellite info off the stb. Essentially a factory reset which I did with this image 2 weeks ago. Will follow your directions and...

Brian, I just tried loading the current OpenVix image to start (which I had been running) and after booting, the screen goes to 100 for a second or two showing the OpenVix screen then backs down to 95 and returns to the rebooting screen from the defective skin. John

Hi Brian, Will try TNAP 3.2 as the default, but as you remember, I had TV resolution issues with it. Thanks to the stay at home advisory in my state, have a bit more free time to explore and experiment with my stb. Thanks again and stay healthy. John

Hi Brian, I'm using OpenVIX, image 5.02.042, which has worked well for me in the past. I'm kinda hesitant to try another image as I always seem to have resolution issues. Maybe an updated VIX image will help if I can summon the courage. ;) Thanks for responding. John

FTA4PA, Thanks for your response. Both 58W and 89W have feeds that should be able to be saved by the STB. Why its just these two I don't know. I'm at a loss here. Other than that, the Edision Mios is an awesome STB and well worth your consideration. Picture quality is great and the blind scan...

Hi All, Now that my new dish is performing as it should, I have a quick STB question. I've noticed that some of the satellites I've scanned in, aren't being saved by the STB in the list of scanned satellites. Is there a step I'm missing here ? Thanks in advance for your response. John

Mike, Early on was when I first started my attempt to load the SatDream TNA into my Edision Mios, right after this image was released. Again, I know you weren't calling my TV crappy, However, I just cant convince my TV otherwise. ;) John

Mike, My stb HDMI is connected to my Onkyo tuner, which then goes to my TV. I tried a direct connect to the TV early on but it didn't help with the issue. Maybe this new HDMI that I mentioned to Brian may help move me in the right direction. John

Brian, My Panasonic ST30 is capable of several refresh rates. I don't know them off the top of my head. I use 60 HZ with both OpenVIX and OpenATV and have no issues. I received the new HDMI cable on Tuesday but haven't connected it yet. Will do so tonight if I find the time. John
