The Oppo BDP-93 has two HDMI outputs. Plus it's 3-D capable, does network streaming, and plays SACD & DVD-Audio discs. All this for the same price as my BDP-83............

Some of us have known this for years. But, there are people out there that will swear they can see and hear a difference between a $100 cable and a $10 cable. I think they're just trying to justify to themselves, spending that much on cables. Makes them feel better about themselves, I guess.

That's another good reason for going with an internet direct company, like SVS. They give you plenty of time to try them out. If you don't like them, send them back. Haven't heard of anyone sending them back though. All you'd lose is shipping, which is still probably cheaper than dealer's price...

Denon makes good equipment. But, it's not the easiest to deal with unless you're very familiar with setting up surround equipment. Denon remotes can be a nightmare also. I totally agree. Too many tests have been run with $10 cables vs $200 cables, and no one could tell enough difference to pick the $200 cables. Digital cables are feeding a bunch of ones and zeros, so the signal is either there or it isn't. If it's there, the cable is working as good as is...
