    BREAKING: LEBRON chooses Miami

The issue was never that he wanted to leave. If he wanted out, then fine. His prerogative. As stated several times over, it was HOW he did it. And the fact that he had "help" from several directions (some of which, if proven, were illegal as all hell), is what's grinding not just Cav fans...

    BREAKING: LEBRON chooses Miami

Like Iceturkee said, there's way too many coincidentals here for this to not be collusion. The link that was posted is from today's paper. Give it a day or so, and perhaps SI, The Sporting News or (dare we hope?) ESPN will pick up on this. The latter I seriously doubt. They were a willing...

    BREAKING: LEBRON chooses Miami

Stern may not have a choice. This is close to collusion. Certainly something most of the NBA owners will not like. Not to mention something the FBI would investigate

    BREAKING: LEBRON chooses Miami

I was just going to post that article from the PD. :) If it's true. Huge if. Then Miami may be in a hell of a lot of trouble. We're talking forfeiture of draft picks as well as fines. I'm thinking Stern is going to sit back and wait for more details to surface before making a decision

Sounds like someone is still a wee bit upset about the ass pounding the Browns took last weekend. :p

    NFL Players mentoring Detroit Lions

I wasn't sure if this should be posted as a viral video, or in here. Regardless, it's all in good fun to any Lion fan. Far be it for me to throw any stones. Both my Browns and Broncos are going to be lucky to win more than 4 games this year :p...

I don't understand why Denver wants to to get rid of Cutler

Yep!! :) :up Regardless, the question NOW is if your Denver....do you trade Cutler, or throw more $$$ at him to shut him up?

I don't understand why Denver wants to to get rid of Cutler

You had me up until here. McDaniel's job as a head coach is to make the team a better one. If that means entertaining the notion of bringing in another QB and shipping out your existing...then so be it. Where Cutler screwed up is this "trade me!!" crap. He really needs to put up or shut up...

I don't understand why Denver wants to to get rid of Cutler

LOL! Oh yes...I remember seeing BOTH playoff games, growing up in Denver and going to high school at the time. It made for some great times then. I live in NE Ohio now. Divorce...and staying near your son who lives in the general area tends to confobulate (is that REALLY a word?) the...

I don't understand why Denver wants to to get rid of Cutler

Yeah...no kidding! Looks like I'm probably going to be "stuck" cheering for the Browns instead since the Broncos are going to be in great disarray from this divorce :p

I don't understand why Denver wants to to get rid of Cutler

I'm in total agreement with that comment. Plummer was more experienced and certainly didn't expect the world handed to him on a platter. If Denver's defense hadn't been so damn porous things would've worked out better for him. Too many times Jake would try to carry the team on his shoulders...

I don't understand why Denver wants to to get rid of Cutler

Here's an interesting scenario. Cleveland has a new coach. Mangini may also not like the current Anderson/Quinn tandem. What if...just WHAT IF...there was a trade between Denver and Cleveland; Anderson/Quinn for Cutler? Do you think that would satisfy both parties? It's obvious to me as a...

    Herman Edwards fired

Regardless...I would be seriously pissed if Shanahan went to KC. I can see where Bowlen, Broncos owner, was coming from when he fired Mike; it doesn't mean I have to agree with the decision tho' :( The only thing I can come up with that would've been comparable is if Cowher was hired by...

    Braylon Edwards Has a Meltdown!

LMFAO!!! As much as I love listening to Rome in the afternoon, I do agree he *does* get rather annoying and arrogant. I just wish "Chris" would've decked him harder; that smirk on Rome's face was reason enough to get punched.

The Mighty Quinn Broke His Finger!

It's rather funny to listen to the sports talk announcers this morning. Most seem to be bypassing Dorsey and anointing Cribbs as the new QB. I just wished Anderson had as much passion during the post-game press conference yesterday afternoon as he did during the season, then perhaps he might...

    NFL 2008-09 Season

I’ll take him as MY QB any day, all day long. God forbid a QB actually shows some confidence. I like my QBs confident and not afraid to throw the ball.

    How bad are the Browns???

LOL!! Oh yes...can't forget that trademark "WHHHHEEEEE!!" I only thought he did it on his Fox 8 telecasts; at least until I started listening to WKNR again last year (was kind of bummed when Greg Brenda got the boot).

Most painful playoff defeats you can recall

January 5th, 1997. Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Denver Broncos. Denver came in HEAVILY favored. Having a 13 - 3 record, making them the best team of record for that year just added to the hype. Mark Brunell made like John Elway and Natrone Means did a superb imitation of, well, himself. Means...

FREAKING Al Davis is at it AGAIN!! Kiffin reportedly to be fired tomorrow!

Good article! I wasn't aware of the internal strife with Raider coaches. Just based on this article, I'm not really a fan of Ryan or his ethics. Backstabbing the head coach anyone? How can an owner get away with not paying the remainder of a contract based on so-called "breach of contract"?
