I want to add my 2 cents here.
AZBox is officially made in CN only, and there is absolutely NO reason to claim importing them from Portugal, as it doubles S&H. The base receiver was designed in South Korea, and its firmware is being currently updated by Opensat located in Portugal. They also jointly carry further hardware development with the original manufacturer. Just to be more accurate... So, if Opensat sells them wholesale for less, and covers warranty service, it makes sense to process docs through them. But hardly logistics follows this route.
And I agree, there is a fine line here on advertising. For example, if a product is well known, its not that hard to find a distributor in any country. If Opensat doesn't list such distributor on their site, a quick e-mail to Opensat would clear the issue. On the other hand, if a product is brand new, unusual or really hard to get, a friendly advice from a forum member would definitely help. I wouldn't be able to find some rare staff without searching for hints posted on Satguys.
I donno, may be if someone is looking for a certain feature that only a few products can deliver, such advice may deserve a softer look. But talking of well known products sold in volume for quite some time, it really looks like PR.
