Well, what makes me feel old isn't the 60-year-old back I got from working hard jobs all my life, Ironworker, Steeplejack, Truck driver, etc., or the torn rotator cuff that never healed correctly or the arthritis in my neck or the weak legs I have that make it harder and harder to climb stairs and ladders, or the 20 lbs I can't seem to lose. It's the effects of Covid twice and the permanent lung damage I got from it, or the RSV last year that seems to have triggered my heart into racing every time I exert myself (Heart moniter coming soon), it's the other effects of long Covid, like getting winded easily, but particularly, the noticeable memory loss that I should NOT be having at my age. Occasionally forgetting a name is one thing, but forgetting the street I lived on in Peoria 10 years ago, band names that I've listened to for years, etc., or something almost daily that's hitting me hard now.
