Well I had to remove my 1.2 CM from my tower and plant it in the yard. I was having issues on the tower. I setup my avcom spectrum analyzer receivers, tv's, extension cords and put it all on the tail gate of my truck and got to work. I am able to pick up my nearest true south satellite (72*) All the way down to 105* I used to be able to pick up 129* when I was up on the tower, but I suspect trees are blocking me (still need to investigate that) I would say that I probably have the dish tracking correctly since I can swing from 72-105 and watch the avcom pick up each bird in line. Its the same case for anything beyond 72 more trees!

Now I just need to plant my c band dish...I think I am going to wait for my dad to come by with the excavator...this digging holes by hand is for the birds I have way too many rocks in my soil.

Just though I would share my work

Nice dish. I have the same problem with digging holes-near solid limestone.
I actually have had to beat holes in it for most of my poles, use a big railroad bar, a couple of long chisels and 8lb or bigger sledgehammer. Good exercise lol.
Slow but effective.
