Does anyone know where I could find a adjustable dish bracket like this one.

This is the bracket that comes with the newer GEOSATpro 1.2 meter dish "Link below" . Mine is the older one and is such a PITA.

Sure, you said it yourself: GEOSATpro = "SatelliteAV".

Give them a call, and ask if there's anyway you can buy one. Other than that, you'd have to troll Ebay (look for Directv brackets, there's a few that look a lot like that), or wait and see if somebody has one they are willing to part with.

Is Glorystar.tv just a front for satelliteAV?
Dunno. But don't think it would have any bearing on the hobby if it were.
Also is it just me or would a motorized C-band setup be more ideal for ku than the traditional motorized ku setups?
I think, and this is just my opinion, offset dishes work just fine on Ku. A BUD on Ku requires exacting alignment because the beam width is so small at Ku frequencies. In other words, tune up will be quite time consuming 'to get it right. That and most BUDS will perform approximately as well as a 90 cm, on average. And the BUD has to have a KU compatible reflector. Mine isn't so I mounted a 30 inch Channel Master to the BUD to 'motor' it.

Wow. Glad to learn this now. I thought in the future that I would go with bud with c/ku combo but if this is as you say I guess not. Still looking for a "NEW" bud but all that I can find is 6' and its a fixed dish.

This sucks. The bracket wont fit. But they do sell it separate for those who would like to know. My dish bracket holes are 27 1/2 x 7 apart and the GEOSATpro bracket are like a square. Very Very decent people to talk to though. I am Impressed. I did order a single and multi lnbf clamp though.

Maybe fashion an adapter. Custom angle iron mount on back of 'motorized by BUD' 30 inch Channel Master.

Works very well. It misses a few weak feeds**. It's only a 30 inch (.7m) May move the 1.0m there later(??)
No, haven't noticed it affecting the C Band. It only shades a small portion of the BUD. The 1.0m will have to be mounted lower so it doesn't shade too much. Got to be tracking the arc accurately tho-, especially with a larger Ku dish. So I'd suggest trying it before taking down the motor(ed) dish.

** I do use fixed dishes for 125-103-99 & 30 http://www.satelliteguys.us/threads...h-farm-post-yours-too-)?p=3312594#post3312594

Thanks, Fat Air. I do have a 30'' that I can try before I pull down the motorized dish, good advice, I'll do that. And thanks for the link, that will help! :)
