Yes, I moved, and I was told that my new locals require Eastern Arc. I am now in the Cleveland, Ohio market, and my locals are still available on both arcs. I am not complaining, though, since Dish did the upgrade for free.
Clevelnad must be like the Peoria, IL market, where locals are on both arcs. They've been saying for 3 years that the 1229 will lose locals here, but so far, nada. I wish it would stay this way.
