No, this is the 8 they "kinda" put up previously, they are just in the tables now.

And for the curious.... they are probably slates. Video is encrypted so there is nothing to see, but 1 is steady at 4mbps and the other 7 are steady at 3 megabits. 11.5 megabits of null packets. Add 8 MPEG4 HD channels over on 72.7 and I'd be smiling Which we will probably see happen in a couple of weeks once the 8PSK transition is completed and consolidation is done on that slot.

The moves are to create slates on the guide to say channels are moving (like 148 shows for ESPNU) and you better have the right dish

No particular time frame... they move the channels to other numbers and don't map them down, so folks that do not have in this case 129 or 61.5 and have HD locals they will call in asking what happened to their locals. The CSR will schedule the dish upgrade and tell them where to view the locals for the time being. But the question I have is....who has HD service & receivers and doesn't have 129 or 61.5? Seems like you'd be missing quite a few channels already.

I suspect St Louis will start in the next week or two. Pittsburgh might stay put...any installers know if they stopped allowing installs on 118.7 for HD locals if there is no LOS to 129?

First answer....read my post a few up from this one.

Second answer... possibly the rumored ones a month or two ago.

Third answer.... because they can. It doesn't matter where it goes, the HD they put on 110/119 they can easily add to 72/77. Not so easy to add HD to 61.5 right now, which means it's not going on 129 either even though 129 has room.
