I noticed that when I downgraded from Choice Xtra (required to get the free receivers) to Choice (Because there's a lot of crap channels I don't watch that are probably there to inflate the Choice Xtra package), they added $10 onto my bill for "Premium Service Disconnection".

The thing is, that I also got rid of the free trial for Shotime and Starz.

So which one is responsible for the $10 fee?

If it's downgrading the package, why is there no warning?

If it's for getting rid of the mandatory free trial for Starz+Shotime, isn't that unethical?

I'm already peeved that they won't give me the free HD because I signed up for DirecTV a few days before they started offering it.

Seriously, not cool.

You gotta tell them not to take your money. CSRs get punchy like everyone else. Summarize the transaction even if you change packs in winter.
