103 Ku Question

Is 11910 H 4600 still available on 103 Ku ?
I was able to get it at one time, but not recently.

Yep, but it's weak. This is on my 1.2m:

I realize it’s a weak transponder, but strangely I’m able to receive all other available transponders on that satellite with dB readings between 11.1 and 12.4.
