1080P vod

New Hopper owner. Ordered 1080P vod movie. TV connected to Hopper sees signal loss. Able to view movie on Joeys. Am I missing something in setup for the TV connected to the Hopper?

Yes it is a Samsung LNS4695DX. The one Joey TV is not a 1080P TV and the other Joeys TV is not even an HD, yet the movie is viewable on both.
