129 stuff....On going

Has anyone, that has issues with the 129 bird, emailed Dish and recieved on explaination or help on what they are doing to resolve the issue of poor signal and dropped programming? If so what email address did you use or what person did you talk to. I have been emailing and seem to get canned responses and nothing really to address my concerns.
 
i have 129 coming in at/around 65-70 but no picture/sound for two days on my VOOM stations. i rebooted the 811, check switched, etc.

nothing.
