129 W question....

Hello to all

I have a friend who is currently receiving HD out of 129 W. He claims that when he goes to Premium channels (HBO, SHOW, etc.) and they state: available in Spanish, he selects second audio but has no luck listening spoken Spanish language (this in HD on SD out of other sats work), he currently has a VIP 211K; also he asks if they would have CC2 in Spanish (I guess when available)

Is there any tip, probably he needs to configure something? other IRD model?

The CC2 can be obtained by pressing MENU and then PREFERENCES and selecting the Closed Caption options.

Second Audio should work, but obviously that does not mean it does. The same PREFERENCES should have ALTERNATE AUDIO and then select SPANISH

And, of course, Dish has an HBO_LATINO channel that is included in the HBO package.
