How to get rid of the 1592 code about the snap USB connection on hopper 3. Yes my Joey in the other room is hard wired?

Snap is not made for use on the Hopper 3, only for the Hopper 2000 to speed up the video processing of menus, IIRC.

Just had tech by to fix remove the unit plugged into the top USB port on the back u no longer need it

This also fixed 9999 restarting

The only way the Snap is not needed is on a Hopper 3, Hopper Duo or a Hopper w/Sling with a Hopper Plus
