Hey Guys,
I was leaning over a fender at about 4:20 today, when I felt a tap on my shoulder. It was a fellow technician who has retired and closed his shop.
He said: come on outside I have something for you.... I followed.
In the back of his S-10 was an old P* with a 2 port LNB. ( one H, one V). This guy even dug out the pole! Hows that for a friend. I have 2 Hughes LNBs to fit the dish. It was then our shop helper said "I have one of those lying out behind my shed, I'll bring it in Wednesday". It was a good day.
Let's see which sats..........

Once you get 'em power-washed and up in the air, add those pix.
We always love a good before 'n after.

While back, in one of these threads, I posted the official mfgr's instructions on exactly how to wash Primestar dishes.
Give a search on my name and some of the relevant key words, and you should see it.

I'm afraid to clean my Primestar too much. I want what little that remains of the logo to stay on.

Hmm... now if I could copy it, make a stencil and paint a fresh one...

I cleaned mine but for some reason it attracks birds, the wrong end if you know what I mean.
