I am trying to hook up a DTV HD recorder and a regular DTV HD receiver using a single DTV LNB. I have tried it and was only able to get one to work. I used the same splitter setup I had with the 3 LNB HD DTV antenna. The voltages from the receivers are different and I believe that to be my problem. Is there a way to get around this another way. Thanks.

No, it just won't work. The 3-lnb dish has a built-in multiswitch that allows multiple tuners to be connected. A single LNB by definition allows the connection of a single tuner. If it's actually a dual LNB (two cables from the LNB) it will allow you to connect two tuners. But it will only give you the 101 satellite.
