(2) New HR24's, One of them SLOW...

one of my 2 HR24's is noticeably slower than the other in overall general performance (the guide, recording list, etc). i have tried restarting, disconnecting ethernet and nothing seems to make it better.

any ideas on what could be causing, seems unlikely that its the hardware...

Is it in a well ventilated area? Heat issues can slow down devices like the HR24.

Does it have the latest software, perhaps one downloaded and one didn't? Reboot, and press 0 2 4 6 8 at the first blue screen on bootup.
