2 problems-picture freeze and dropouts on recorded shows

First problem, The picture freezes but the audio keeps keeps going. Second problem, I record locals in HD from a rooftop antenna. I can watch a show live and it comes in perfect, yet when I go back and watch the recording, the show will have moments that jump forward and I'll miss a few seconds of programing. Any ideas? My receiver is the HR20-700 Thanks.

Coming from a tech problems like that are usually receiver related. Try to get a rep to send out a replacement....
